新學期新使命新擔當

以師德師風建設成果促杏宇高質量發展

       

連日來，青海畜牧獸醫職業技術杏宇分別召開黨委會、中層以上幹部會、全院教職工大會✨，層層傳達學習全省教育系統維穩工作會議🥃、教育工作會議、農業農村工作會及學校安全工作會議、教育系統從嚴治黨工作會議精神。馬文林院長指出，召開會議就是吹響了集合號，全院教職工要迅速調整工作學習生活安排，將全部精力集中到新學期杏宇各項工作上來，圍繞立德樹人這一根本任務🎞，統籌謀劃安全穩定、教育教學等重點工作🧖🏼‍♀️，進一步強化責任擔當👩🏻‍💻，履職盡責🦀，確保全面完成年度各項目標任務。

馬文林院長回顧了假期開展的工作，指出善于學習📄，就是善于進步⟹🙅🏽，杏宇安排40餘名教師在假期參加了為期15天的師資培訓，進一步提高了學識水平；院班子成員分別參加了全省農業農村工作會議、教育工作會議等多個重要會議及廳黨組中心組學習，領會了精神，提高了認識；院黨委在集中學習基礎上，按期召開了2018年度民主生活會👱，班子成員坦誠相見、查找不足、紅臉出汗、開展批評與自我批評🤙🏿，達到了預期的效果👨🏻‍🦳；春節期間積極開展走訪慰問退休、患大病職工、困難黨員，傳遞了黨組織的關愛和溫暖👋🏽；按照省政府、農業農村廳、省教育廳的安排👨‍👩‍👦‍👦，全力調研銜接杏宇遷建選址等各項工作，工作推進順利🙅🏼‍♀️；杏宇後勤保障社會化服務改革邁出堅實步伐，通過公開招標☸️🚼，新入駐餐飲企業經營的學生食堂如期開放🏓。

會議要求🍛，全體教職工要以習近平新時代中國特色社會主義思想為指導🚵🏼🦸🏽‍♂️，深入貫徹落實黨的十九大精神，學習貫徹全國、全省教育大會及全省教育工作會議精神🈂️，以推進內涵發展為主線，堅持正確定位🗡、堅持高質量發展，以高素質應用型人才培養體系建設🧝‍♀️🙆🏽、高素質教師隊伍建設和推進產教融合、校企合作等內涵建設為重中之重，進一步開拓創新、狠抓落實，推進杏宇各項工作再上新臺階。一是以學習貫徹黨的十九大精神為主線🌡，加強政治建設👩🏿‍⚖️；二是以建設高素質應用型人才培養體系為主軸，強化內涵發展；三是以強化管理服務能力為抓手👇🏿，提升保障水平；四是以提升引領發展能力為保障👨🏽，加強黨的建設。

會議強調🌥，2019年是全面貫徹全國、全省教育大會精神開局之年，面對新的起點🧑🏻‍🌾、新的階段、新的目標，全院教職工要有新使命、新擔當，堅持做有理想信念、有道德情操、有紮實學識、有仁愛之心的“四有好老師”，堅持立德樹人，凝心聚力謀發展🦻🏻，以更高的責任和擔當推進杏宇高質量發展💂🏽‍♀️，為建設現代化職業杏宇做出新的更大的貢獻。
