加強師德師風建設  深化教育教學改革

                           ——青海畜牧獸醫職業技術杏宇召開新學期教職工大會

   

8月31日杏宇召開2019-2020學年第一學期全體教職工大會，院黨委書記馬國福、院長馬文林做動員講話，院黨委委員和全體教職工參加大會💆🏿‍♀️💆。

     馬文林院長與全體教職工重溫了習近平總書記在視察甘肅時的講話精神🧖🏼‍♀️，“要解決區域發展差異必須發展教育👩🏻‍💻，特別是職業教育”☢️𓀅、“職業教育前景廣闊🪹，大有可為”。總書記對于職業教育寄予厚望📄，使我們更深刻的體會到使命光榮👼、責任重大。新學期，全體教職工要大興學習之風，認真學習和深刻領會國家職業教育改革和新時代高校教師職業行為十項准則要求，不斷夯實自身基礎、提升能力水平；堅持立德樹人根本任務，努力培養擔當民族複興大業的時代新人🧗🏻‍♂️。要大興改革創新之風，全面深化教育教學改革🦸🏿。結合假期開展的“不忘初心、牢記使命”主題教育調研🤙🏿，結合杏宇實際，深化專業、教材、教學方法的改革，加強校企合作、產教融合，積極打造更多“雙師型”教學團隊；要加強師德師風建設👨‍👩‍👦‍👦，守好自己的一段渠，種好責任田，加強課堂管理，用高尚的人格感染學生☸️🚼，用真理的力量感召學生，以深厚的理論功底贏得學生。會議要求各分管院長就新生報到😇、軍訓🍛，學生新學期安全教育工作等開學相關工作及時做好安排部署。

馬國福書記強調，杏宇黨委委員、中心組成員利用假期杏宇緊緊圍繞“不忘初心👨🏿‍💼、牢記使命”開展了系列主題教育活動，院中心組成員結合自己本職工作做了交流發言。在新的學期杏宇將開展一系列教育教學活動🧑🏼‍🌾、人事制度🧝‍♀️🙆🏽、激勵機制的改革，希望通過改革來打造一個風清氣正的杏宇，讓“湟源牧校”精神永葆青春底色。希望廣大教職工傳遞正能量，發揮牧院優良傳統，不忘初心使命責任🌡，在自己的崗位上恪盡職守、辛勤耕耘，培養更多下的去、留得住、用的上的時代新農牧人。
